MIAMI -- Receiver Kevin Cone has signed a one-year contract with the Miami Dolphins after spending the past three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, where he contributed mostly on special teams. Receiver Michael Rios and quarterback Jordan Rodgers also signed one-year deals, the team said Thursday. Cone played in all 16 games last year and tied for second on the Falcons with seven special teams tackles. He had one reception. Rios, who grew up in Miami, was with the Arizona Cardinals last year, but was waived before training camp.
