Dwyane Wade scored 28 points, Luol Deng added 18 and the Heat held off a late Nets rally en route to a 95-91 victory. The game was delayed 31 minutes late in the first quarter due to a leakage in the arenas ceiling. The Heat were in the midst of a 10-0 run, and they never relinquished the lead the rest of the way. Brooklyn trailed by 10 with just over a minute to play, but two free throws from Mason Plumlee and 3-pointers from Joe Johnson and Bojan Bogdanovic cut the deficit to 93-91 with 35.1 seconds remaining. The Nets forced Wade into a contested 3-pointer that drew iron, and Deng gained position on the block for the rebound over Bogdanovic, who was whistled for a foul with 11.8 ticks left. Deng made both free throws and Miami successfully bounced back from Sundays 18-point home loss to Chicago. To me this is one of the most gratifying wins of the season. Shes so good on defence. Shes got even better this season and her driving attack is really good. Sometimes she plays centre and fits well into their system. Surrey Storms Georgia Lees is one of the exciting young talents in the Superleague Its just subtle things that she does. She does not do everything at 100 miles per hour. She will be stood next to a defender and then suddenly will appear on the circle edge. Her subtle movement and play is key. Lees was voted Player of the Match as her side defeated Team Northumbria 45-58. Team Bath: They again are a team that have a general collection of good, solid performers. I think Mia Ritchie has had a number of good performances, but Im going for Joanna Vann. She is a good, consistent player, who makes the connection between attack and defence. I want the Storm to win and all my Thunder friends are going to hate me, but I do think Thunder are going to pip them to the post. Their attack is really good, Ellie Cardwell is a really strong upcoming shooter, and the shooting is pretty consistent. Generally Manchesters attack is very hard to beat. It will be a competitive game, but Thunder will be the team in front at the end.
