The Toronto Blue Jays made a minor move on Friday when the team sent former 2010 first-round pick, pitcher Deck McGuire, to the Oakland Athletics for cash considerations. Despite lofty expectations, McGuire never once made an appearance for the Jays and had spent most of his career at Double-A New Hampshire prior to a call-up to Triple-A Buffalo in 2014.
